She extends her services to clients across Ontario and Quebec through online therapy sessions. Following her relocation to Ottawa, she will also provide in-person therapy sessions for those seeking this support.

Her collaborative, client-centered approach utilizes evidence-based practices by various theoretical orientations integrating elements from Psychodynamic Insight-oriented Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Systemic Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and Transference Focus Psychotherapy (TFP).
Psychological services also integrate numerous treatment modalities depending on the individualized needs of the clients: mindfulness, solution-focused brief interventions (SFBT), collaborative problem-solving (CPS), stress-reduction, emotional regulation, among others.
Using a continual re-evaluation of therapeutic progress, objectives and methods being used, she brings about a personalized and practical approach to healing.
